RiseTech is a Dutch & Sweden based B2B SaaS platform that provides an onboarding service (called Boardingy) (Subservice) as well as an access management system (called UnifyID) (main service).

Therefore, RiseTech provides companies an complete onboarding process where the users identity gets verified and afterwards right away receiving the adequate credentials for to access the right data of the companies.

As a freelancer, I am working in close partnership with the CEO & CTO for the end to end design of their V2 version.

During the project, I am deeply focussing on the design strategy to create an easy user experience for organizations.

RiseTech approached with the challenge of optimizing their dashboard for their manager users
particularly. I began by conducting a simple analysis and initiating a product discovery call with
the CEO & the CTO which led me to understand, that managing issued credentials is one of
the most important tasks for the manager.

While improving this view, my main focus was to create a simple user experience for the
organization user, i.e. the Manager. This led me to explore two views to create a focussed
environment for the manager user to keep a track of the issued credentials.

As a part of the design strategy, I proposed to create two distinct views for a simpler
and focussed user experience. The flow aims to guide the manager keep a track of the cards
that has been issued against a particular employee and take necessary actions in an
efficient manner.

This view is also designed keeping the business metric of User engagement in mind.

As a sole designer on the ongoing project, I am being pushed to bring my strategic skills
to the table which as allowed me to guide the CEO, CTO as their design partner and bring
business value through my design decisions.
